Ex Works, sometimes called Ex Factory. (collected from agreed place of loading). The transfer of costs and risk is prior to the loading at the agreed upon collection point. The seller has fulfilled his obligation to deliver, as soon as the goods are packed with marks and numbers and ready for sending, at the agreed place and the seller has informed the buyer accordingly.
