AEO

TCI Carriers has been AEO certified since 27 March 2014. AEO stands for Authorised Economic Operator. This certificate is issued by the customs authorities and declares that a company complies with all requirements concerning the international transportation of goods.

For our customers in particular, this means that goods transported by our services are subject to fewer customs inspections. Also, when a customs inspection is conducted, it can be done at the place of unloading. 

Security is the most important requirement to acquire an AEO certificate. This is why our premises are secured by gates and cameras in order to maintain a strict access control policy. Furthermore, all of our employees have successfully completed AEO training.
